The most useful AI needs access to the systems, knowledge and permissions an organisation already trusts. That capability should be installed around the organisation—not the organisation uploaded around the capability.
Models must remain replaceable.
No model should become an irreversible architectural decision. Organisations need the ability to evaluate, approve, change and retire models without rebuilding every workload.
Governance must be technical.
Policies, approval chains and principles are not enough. Authority must appear in identity checks, model routes, permission enforcement, evaluations, human-control points and audit records.
Operations are part of the product.
Private infrastructure that cannot be patched, restored, tested and evolved is only private technical debt. Sovereign capability must remain ready after deployment.
The right to leave must be designed in.
